From first call to wire transfer.
We work across the AI labs and data buyers that license company data, so you get competitive terms instead of a single take-it-or-leave-it offer.
Intro call
30 minutes on your headcount, history and the tools your team uses. No data shared, NDA available.
Indicative offer
We match you with buyers and bring back a price range and scope, usually within one to two weeks.
Scope & sign
You approve exactly which systems, date ranges and teams are included. Rights, uses and payment milestones go in writing.
Prep & get paid
Data is de-identified before extraction and delivered to the buyer. You're paid on the agreed milestones.
The records of how real work gets done.
AI models need to learn how teams actually operate: decisions, escalations, hand-offs. The richer and longer your history across connected tools, the higher the value.
De-identified first
Names, emails, customers and other personal data are removed or replaced before anything leaves your environment. Payroll, credentials and privileged legal material are excluded.
You keep ownership
You license a copy. You don't sell your company. Your originals stay put, and every recipient and permitted use is named in the agreement.
Winding down? Still valuable.
Closed or closing companies often have the most complete history. Licensing it can return real money to founders, investors and creditors.
What could your data be worth?
A rough, indicative range based on the factors buyers price on. Your actual offer depends on data quality, volume and buyer demand.
for every warm intro that signs.
You know the operators sitting on years of valuable data. Introduce us to a decision-maker, and if their company licenses its data through us, we pay you $10,000. No cap.
One conversation, every serious buyer.
Dozens of AI labs and data vendors now license company data, each with different terms, minimums and payout structures. We do the comparison so you don't have to.

Questions, answered.
Who actually buys this data?
AI labs and the data companies that supply them. They use real operating records to train and evaluate AI systems that do workplace tasks, so they need to see how real teams communicate, decide and escalate.
Am I selling my company or my customers' data?
No. You license a scoped, de-identified copy of internal operating records. You keep ownership and your originals. Personal and customer-identifying information is removed or replaced before delivery, and anything you're contractually barred from sharing stays out.
How is the price set?
Mostly by headcount, years of history, how many tools contain the work, and how complete the record is. Buyers review a sample before confirming the price. Most companies we work with land between $100K and $2M.
How long does it take to get paid?
An indicative offer usually arrives in one to two weeks. From first call to first payment is typically one to three months, depending on scope and preparation.
What does it cost me?
Nothing upfront. We're paid from the deal, so we only earn when you do.
Who can earn the $10,000 referral fee?
Anyone 18+ who makes a genuine warm introduction to a decision-maker at a company that goes on to sign. Investors, advisors, accountants, lawyers, bankers and fellow founders are our best referrers. Self-referrals and companies already talking with us don't qualify.
When is the referral fee paid?
After the company you introduced signs a data license and the first license payment is received. Full referral terms are shared in writing when you submit your first intro.
